Welcome New ILO Families

Dear ILO 2022 Participating Families,

First, thank you so much for putting your trust into ILO. You have begun the journey of independence not only for your family member but for you as well. This is so exciting and truly amazing. The training dates this year are Thursday, September 15th and Friday, September 16th.

We are currently working on confirming a training location.  It will be in the Rockville/Gaithersburg vicinity.  We will let you know as soon as it is confirmed.  The training on both days will be all day from approximately 9:00am-4:00pm.

To help make it a little easier to complete the forms we are in the process of converting them to online forms – some are already converted, the ones that have not yet been converted are in writeable PDF format.

Please (1) complete the three writeable PDF forms (Commitment Agreement, History Form, and Sharing Our Hopes and Dreams, then  (2) complete the online ILO Policies Agreement.

Once you click the submit button for the online ILO Policies Agreement you are done with that piece. 

After you complete each of the three writeable PDF forms either print them out and return them in a stamped envelope to the address below, along with a check made out to ILO in the amount of $2,000. Or, “Save As” after you have completed each writeable PDF (MAKE SURE TO SAVE WITH CHANGES – it will ask if you want to save with, or without, the changes), and email a copy of the three saved PDF documents to info@ilonow.org and then mail us your check made out to ILO in the amount of $2,000 separately to this address:
